1 General Provisions

jabibet is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jabibet platform and all services connected to it.

jabibet may request a national ID card or other government-issued document at any time to verify the age of a suspicious account. If documents are not provided, account activity will be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on jabibet, accurate and complete personal information must be provided. jabibet reserves the right to verify the information submitted during registration. The account will be activated via OTP after the mobile number and email are verified.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, the extra accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure is entirely your responsibility. Giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to jabibet's support team immediately.

• Passwords should be changed regularly.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal request or for transactions above a certain amount, jabibet may ask for a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate to verify identity. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jabibet is ৳100. The mobile banking services currently available for deposits on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of submission. The same mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — can be used for withdrawals.

• Withdrawal requests must be made through the mobile number registered on the account.
• jabibet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

jabibet will not be held responsible for transactions made with an incorrect mobile number or incorrect information. Please verify all details carefully before submitting a transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at jabibet, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus must be wagered 25 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. Example: the ৳1,500 bonus received on a ৳1,000 deposit requires wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• A maximum bet limit on certain games may apply while a bonus is active.
• Attempting to withdraw the deposited amount before wagering is complete will cancel the bonus.
• jabibet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

5.4 VIP Cashback

jabibet's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is given on weekly net losses at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game on jabibet has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. The following general rules apply to all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Incomplete rounds due to any technical error will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned.
• If a session is disconnected due to a network issue, the last state recorded on the server will be final.
• For live casino, the dealer's decision and the rules of the relevant studio apply.
• In sports betting, match results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game lobby. Additional betting limits may apply while a bonus is active.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jabibet platform:

• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim promotional benefits.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to operate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jabibet

jabibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request within the specified time.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• Compliance with a court order or legal requirement.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account voluntarily. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing. Account closure requests must be made through the support team.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is going beyond your control, you may request that your account be suspended for a set period. This is an important part of responsible gaming.

10 Limitation of Liability

jabibet bears no financial or legal liability for the following:

• Disruption to a game or betting session due to internet disconnection or causes outside the server.
• Issues arising from third-party services (mobile banking, internet service providers).
• Financial loss caused by the user's own mistakes.
• Hacking or phishing attacks that occurred due to the user's own device or negligence.
